Can't wait to see the art at the 41st National Fine Art show. Opens September 4th at noon. Location is the Louisville Art Center in Memory Square Park. It is a great show. Check this poster for details.

LAA member Kirk Fry has a solo exhibit at the Muriel Sibell Wolle art gallery at St Aidan's Church in Boulder, showcasing his photography prints of flowers and other plants. There is an informal artist reception on Sat Aug 15 from 2-4pm. Stop by to chat and support local art!

July has been a sizzler month for plein air, but we are thankful for the places we were able to paint for the shade and amazing topics we had. Here we are at the Three Leaf Farm. Thank you Jessi and Sara for hosting us.

The Louisville Art Association Plein Air painters are having a great season. This past week we were at the 3 Leaf Farm in Lafayette. Thank you for inviting us, there were so many spots to capture. Here are some pictures of our morning.

Lydia Potoff did a fabulous demo at LAA's June 11th Monthly Program. Since she couldn't finish in the allowed time, she sent us the finished painting....so beautiful!
