Short-term - Our focus is directed at developing the storage business. The storage facility is 23,000 sq ft, located on the third floor of our property. Building

on our client base inherited from Cundiff Moving and Storage, we seek to provide residential customers in Louisville KY with bottom price rates on monthly storage. Our open warehouse We-Store model allows us to offer household storage customers extremely low commercial warehousing rates. Why pay more for storage at an expensive corporate chain self-storage facility? Long-term - Doing business at The MAMMOTH means you are supporting a locally owned storage facility with a mission to develop a thriving arts and cultural space. Our long-term vision is to develop the first and second floors of The MAMMOTH into a mixed-use arts and cultural space. We plan to offer private studio and performance space for visual artists, performing artists, and musicians. We are also working toward developing membership-based group studios for artists and creatives who want to practice their craft in an economically and environmentally sustainable way. Group studio space will include: Photography & Video Studio, Darkroom, Printmaking Workshop, Woodworking and Sculpture Shop, Ceramic Studio and Kilns.
