The Quonset Hut announces "All-Terrain" in tandem with the 2026 2BUCK Invitational
Run of Show: Sunday, September 13th through Saturday, October 3rd, 2026
Opening: Sunday, September 13th from 4-6:00 pm
Closing: Saturday, October 3rd from 4-6:00 pm
The Quonset Hut is proud to host “All-Terrain” in collaboration with the 2BUCK Invitational, an annual street art celebration. (Locals may have noticed many of the eye-popping murals concentrated around Logan Street.) Graffiti artists gather in Louisville each year to create new works to honor the legacy of one of their own.
This group show highlights street artists who have a related studio practice alongside their more public work. The three artists of “All-Terrain” portray landscapes and domestic scenes as phantasmagorical settings of change and upheaval:
Steve Ehret works as a painter of landscapes that feel alien and growing and provide a sense of gravity. He makes observations of the transformations of moss and plants during trail runs.
Chris Jehly trained as a printmaker and paints watercolors that reflect wreckage and configurations of rubble, in the tradition of Charles Burchfield and Edward Hopper.
Evan Peltzman is influenced by the skateboard culture of the Bay Area during the 80s and 90s. His wood panels also reflect the obstructions and the creativity he finds due to his disability.
Let’s come together to enjoy uplifting, meaningful connection—
