25 years of creating places people love and we’re proud to be part of the story! 💚

This year, we co-celebrate 25 remarkable years at Centerra, an award-winning master-planned community where people, nature and community come together in meaningful ways.

For a quarter century, Centerra has championed people, sustainability, wildlife and the preservation of natural open space, helping make Northern Colorado an extraordinary place to live, work and explore.

And right here within that story is Chapungu Sculpture Park, a place where art, nature, culture and connection come together.

So, slow down. Wander the trails. Discover something unexpected. Connect with nature. And experience a place that is truly one of a kind.

🎉 Happy 25th Anniversary, CenterraColorado!
