Seven of our Red Hatters (Lynda Blackburn, Barbara Philpott, Elena Beck, Jimmie Woodard, Pat Johnson, Charmis Nerren and Peggy Berry) made the trip to Tyler to enjoy the Azalea trail tour on Friday, March 22nd. We had lunch at the Potpourri House and stopped by Hughes Plant Farm on the way home to add some nice things to our yards at home. We also toured the LeGrange/Goodman home and museum. We really had a great time (as usual).

Our September dinner at Cheddars in Lufkin. We had some great food, wonderful fellowship and good fun. We had two visitors--new member Kathleen Moeller who just moved back to Lufkin and Emma Kurvin who came with grandmother Linda Dunn. Barbara Philpott was back with us after about two years taking care of family obligations.
Next meeting will be October 2nd at Cafe Del Rio.

Dinner at Clear Springs, Nacogdoches

Our August dinner meeting at Clear Springs Restaurant, Nacogdoches. Had four birthdays this month, Rebecca Allen (who was unable to attend), Jean Starkey, Lois Lowe and Midget Sherman. We all had a wonderful time and shared some great food.

June 5th dinner at Olive Garden. Lots of red hats and lovely ladies. We had a wonderful time.
