All the complete pieces are primed, now to continue fixing the not-so-perfect pieces. Comm installation on the baggage compartment and the old guy had to show the new guy A&P how his great grandfather did rivets back in the day to attach a support tube on the cockpit coming.

Cowling and coming primed. Only parts left need sheet metal repair and we're working on that.

Last of the support blocks, etc. that go on the center section. Those will go on today -- then the sanding will start.

Now that the annuals are done, and it's raining... Time to start working on 79M again. Saddle ribs in place and drag/a...

Now that the annuals are done, and it's raining... Time to start working on 79M again. Saddle ribs in place and drag/anti-drag wires in. Tomorrow we'll place the support for the mirror and trammel the wires, then start with the false leading edge and trailing edge ribs.
