The Lyndhurst Historical Society is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to preserving the Town of Lyndhurst's history and traditions. Our volunteers maintain our page and act as docents at the Little Red Schoolhouse museum. The museum is open on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month.

Some of the items you can purchase at The Little Red Schoolhouse. We are open the second and fourth Sunday of the month (except holidays), from 2 to 4 P.M.

We are happy to announce that the first batch of engraved pavers are being installed today! Thank you to all who purchased a paver to support the work of the Lyndhurst Historical Society.

The Schoolhouse will be open to visitors tomorrow, 11/23 and Sunday, December 14th & 28th from 2-4pm. This is an ongoing fundraiser so stop by to pick up an order form or email us at [email protected] if you are interested in purchasing a paver.

Special thanks to Ron Garofalo for coordinating this fundraiser and Rich Andreu of Exclusive Stoneworks for donating the installation.
