This month's Museum Enrichment Series for All (M.E.S.A.) program is Libby McLaughlin, Environmental Policy Manager for Save the Harbor / Save the Bay !𓇼 ⋆.˚ 𓆉 𓆝 𓆡⋆.˚ 𓇼

She’ll shed light on the organization's mission, its upcoming events, and its exhibition, Bay State Without Beaches: Stories of the Shoreline. 💙 This is a multimedia exhibit highlighting personal stories about how coastal climate change is affecting people and communities across Massachusetts. It will be on view here at the museum until May 23rd. 🌊🌊

April School Vacation has been a blast!

We had activities every day this week, and so many wonderful people showed up to participate. ✨❤️

On Monday, Linda Sessa and Vin taught everyone how to make glow-in-the-dark 🌟 and thermochromic slime! 🫟

Rainforest Reptile Shows visited on Tuesday with lots of interesting animals! 🐍🦎

Earth Day 🌍 on Wednesday was all about peace and nature! In the afternoon, people painted many beautiful pots and planted their very own seedlings 🪴, and Brandy hosted a relaxing Sound Healing Journey in the evening. 🌿

Linda and Vin were back on Thursday! Everyone had a blast making GIANT bubbles in the museum and learning the science behind them! 🫧

We ended the week on Friday with a screening of Zootopia 2, a nice end to an exciting week at LMAC.

We hope to see you next year during April School Vacation! To all the students returning to classes, have a fantastic week at school and stay safe! 📚📖🔖🎒
