Welcome to the Lyons Redstone Museum! Originally built in 1881 as the town's schoolhouse, the historic sandstone building now preserves the history of Lyons.

Open to the public, the museum seeks to preserve the rich history of Lyons.

July 23rd would have been Mrs. LaVern's 98th Birthday. To celebrate, enjoy a meal or drink at Oskar Blues to support the Lyons Historical Society! A portion of the days proceeds will go to the Lyons Redstone Museum to support our operations, future exhibits, and programs!
