Wondering if anyone would know of Walter Brown Leonard, the author if this poem?

"A Political Eulogy of Early North Country Towns" by Walter Brown Leonard

There was "Madrid Springs" and the "Depot" with the "Village" close at hand; Though they were very close together and occupied a lot of land. There was no place in that section where you found more pretty girls; who were very entertaining with their dimples and their curls. At the "Depot" there was Empey, he ran the nice hotel; while Pop Bicknell at the "Village" ran a big hotel as well. There were many dancing parties in the different village halls; which were always well attended by the lovers of the ball.
