I think I've already said it all.

I can see from the Post Reach drop, that people are not interested in Administrative issues connected to Art Organization: To be quite truthful neither am I.
However, the logistics of the creative process contains elements of administration that bring about an end result; without which the Artist could not achieve his intended purpose.
