Dear FB friends & Family,
Please help if you can. My friend Amber’s 17 year old son and his girlfriend were in a severe car accident early Wednesday morning. Both kids are in critical condition and fighting for their lives.
Amber is one of the sweetest, most thoughtful, and kind people. And I know first hand she’s always willing to jump in and help others any way she can. And right now she needs help from all of us.
Amber is living every parent’s nightmare. And as a mom who has lived through the excruciating pain and fear of nearly losing a child, my heart breaks for her and her family.
It’s a deep ache like no other feeling. One I hope very few of you ever have to experience.
And while I know we cannot ease the pain and unbearable angst she is suffering as she and her family live in the uncertainty of the next several days/weeks, I invite you all to join me in reducing the only strain we really can for Amber’s family…
Between lost wages and outrageous medical bills, the financial repercussions this type of tragedy can have on a family can be devastating. And the last thing any parent should have to worry about in a situation like this is how they will pay their bills.
