LITTLE DOODLERS PLAY DATES (3-5) - $20 per painter
Simpler paintings, shorter sessions, but the same amount of fun! Little Doodlers Play Dates are for children ages 3-5 who are accompanied by an adult. Invite a group of your friends and their children to your home for a fun play date, and everyone can pay their own way! The paintings for these se
ssions will be age appropriate and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. GROUP PAINTING (6-13) - $30 per painter
No special occasion, but you want to get a group of kids together to paint and have a good time? Invite a group of your child's friends to your home for a Group Painting session, and everyone can pay their own way! Paintings for these sessions will take approximately an hour and a half to two hours to complete.
*Travel, set up and clean up fee is included in the "per painter" price. Please allow 30 minutes before and after your painting session for set up and clean up.
*There is a three painter minimum and twelve painter maximum for Play Date and Group Painting sessions.
*All painters must be prepaid at least three days before their scheduled party. PAINTING PARTIES
Looking for a different type of party for your child? Host a painting party with Once Upon A Doodle and let us bring the party to you! And no need for a goody bag - each child takes home their very own painting as a favor! Painting parties are fun for:
-Birthdays
-Holiday Parties
-Sleepovers
-Playdates
-Other special occasions
-Or just because you feel like painting with your friends! Party Package Includes:
-Use of all materials - paints, brushes, easels, aprons, paint trays, paper towels, water cups, drop cloths, etc.
- Approximitely 1- 1/2 to 2 hours of step by step instruction in creating your personal masterpiece.
-Instruction by a professionally trained artist with a specialty in children's illustration.
-A friendly assistant to cater to the needs of the painters (refresh paint, explain a painting step, make sure everyone stays on track)
-A custom painting based off of your party theme (or any other ideas that you have).
- Set up and clean up so that all you have to worry about is painting and having a good time! You are asked to provide:
- Appropriate amount of space, tables and chairs for your desired number of guests. The painting set up takes up about as much room as a person needs to have dinner. I will have drop cloths to cover your tables. (*I can provide tables and chairs for an additional fee of $10 per table and $2 per chair.)
- A sink with a faucet that I can use to get water for guests and rinse out materials. Painting parties are for children ages 6 - 13. There is a 3 painter minimum and 12 painter maximum. The cost is $25 per painter plus a $75 travel, set up and clean up fee. Add high quality 5x7 Painting Party themed invitations with envelopes to your party package!
-$10 for 5 invitations
-$15 for 10 invitations
-$20 for 15 invitations (parties are only for 10 guests, but you may want extra invitations in case you want to fill all 10 spots and you find out that someone you already invited won't be able to attend)
A $100 deposit is needed to reserve your date . If you cancel within seven days of your reserved date, your deposit will be returned. Your deposit will be applied to the total price of your party package. A final headcount is needed 3 days before the party. There are additional fees for travel to locations over 20 miles away.
