“Celebrating 250 Years Through Art”

The Gaslight Art Colony & Gallery is proud to announce its 17th Bi-Annual Members’ Show, “Celebrating 250 Years Through Art,” opening on June 20, 2026, with a public reception from 5:00–7:00 p.m. The show is open to all and free to attend. Stop in to meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments.

This special exhibition includes a unique display created by local artists, highlighting themes of history, heritage, community, patriotism, and the American experience to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary. The show will feature a collection of artwork with a variety of all mediums.

The exhibition will remain on display through July 11, 2026, offering visitors an opportunity attend during the week during our regular business hours. We are open Tuesday 10-1, Wednesday 10-1, Thursday 10-12, 1-5 and Saturday 10-1. We hope that you will visit us at 516 Archer Avenue in downtown Marshall, IL

Summer Art Classes starting soon! Sign up today online at www.gaslightartcolony.com ! Class cost is $5 for Student Members or $7 for Non-Members. Thinking about taking more than one class ? Choose the Membership option first and sign up to save on all of your classes. Student Membership is a onetime fee of $5 and is good as long as you are a student.
