I've been more and more disappointed with the lack of exposure of my page on Facebook. I even bit the bullet and spent money to promote, one time, to do what they say will reach thousands...it really reached hundreds according to them.
So this year....I will be posting more on Instagram....my account name changed to ...please find me there....if Facebook allows anyone to see this!

As many of you already know Tennessee has been fighting fires over the past several weeks and last night was another tough one for our state. With wind gusts in the 80 mph range, Gatlinburg fell directly in the path. The fires are still burning despite some badly needed rain falling in the night. More rain is expected tonight but with that comes more wind we are being told. ''Tis the season"... so if you are so inclined...donate to those in need. If you are local, there are donation centers in the areas surrounding the mountains available to collect items or donate your time if you have that to give...volunteers will be needed. If you are out of state, monetary donations will also be greatly appreciated. So many people either live in this great state, vacation here, or even support the arts at Arrowmont because of all it has to offer. It will take time to recover but we can do it together. Feel free to leave other suggestions in the comments. Thank You!

The Foothills Fine Art and Craft Guild show will be here before we know it, November 18-20th....so you know what I'm doing right.....getting ready! Yes ...it takes a long time to prepare for such a great show. This is the 50th year that it's at the Jacob Building in Knoxville and I am proud to be a part of it! New design on the table today! Can't wait to reveal it!
