Well it is that time of year. If we all work together we can make great things happen for our troops and their families and our Veterans during the holidays.
Christmas Care Package event will be on Saturday December 5th at the Chatham VFW at 10am.
If you know someone deployed who would like a care package please email their mailing info to [email protected] or text 774-216-9052.
If you would like to volunteer to help put the care packages together please respond here or use the contact information above.
We will also be putting together 300 Christmas Stockings for our Homeless Veterans at the Boston Shelter and for our local Veterans here on the Cape. This will be done on Sunday December 6th at the Chatham VFW at 10am.
List of needed items will be posted soon. We will need lots of signed Christmas cards as we hope to put 3-4 in each Christmas Care Package.
Operation Christmas which provides Christmas gifts for military families will start on Nov 1st. If your family could use help during the holidays please send us an email. For those who would like to adopt a gift the list will be posted the first week of November here on Facebook.
We appreciate your support. Serving others is what Christmas is all about

Last night I received notification I was one of five finalists in the Best Vietnam War Storyteller category. Winners will be announced Friday October 23rd, at the MV Creator Awards ceremony in Las Vegas. Yeah...I added the rat for luck!! 🤞 😁
