By Way of the Back Door, the “Life and Times of Molly in 1865”, today features stories from the Descendent community, Black History site tours, learning about the Reconstruction and Federal Army, quilting demos, and pork roast and ginger cake cooking demos, using recipes from Malinda Russell, the first African American woman to publish a cookbook.
