In 1854 A.G. Cloud purchased 2 lots and construction began on the Cloud home. The home was built 1883, but the Cloud family didn't move into the home until 1884. After the death of A.G Cloud and his wife Eleanor, their daughter Mary received the home and contents. After Mary's death 1921 the home and contents were donated to the City Of Mcleansboro. Mary Cloud stated that she wanted to building de
