Join MendoParks for Earth Day, every year on April 22nd!
Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First held on April 22, 1970, it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by EarthDay.org including 1 billion people in more than 193 countries. The official theme for 2022 is Invest In Our Planet.
MENDOCINO MERMAIDS AND MENDOPARKS PARTNER FOR EARTH DAY 2022:
A PARK PRESCRIPTION AT THE MENDOCINO HEADLANDS
Join MendoParks and the Mendocino Mermaids a "Park Prescription" Earth Day celebration at the Mendocino Headlands State Park, featuring an open-air paint class led by Mermaid Sierra, face painting booth, Ayurveda talk and breathing class, dance party, and park clean up!
When: 1:00 to 4:00 pm, Friday April 22nd
Where: Meet at the Ford House Visitor Center and Museum (45035 Main St, Mendocino)
What: Open-air paint class, Ayurveda talk and breathing class, dance party, and park clean-up!

Register for paint class: All activities are complimentary but space is limited for the paint class
