Vintage Car Owners:

The Merrill Historical Society is looking for vintage cars from the 1950’s, 60s, and 70s for an upcoming event. The goal is to create an authentic feel at one or two former drive-in restaurant locations in Merrill.

The event is taking place on Saturday, October 11th. Car owners will be asked to park their vehicles at event locations from 10:00-1:00.

Titled “Menu Memories: A Culinary Time Capsule”, the 2025 History Hunt is an ode to some of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat. A History Hunt combines a scavenger hunt, driving/walking rally, and trivia contest, wherein participants follow directions to certain historic locations to learn about a local event, person or place, interact with a person who has ties to the location, and/or gather a clue related to the history hunt theme.
