Tony Robertson provided a fascinating insight into The Star Spangled Banner, a Union Army newspaper, printed in 1861 in Mexico, MO, during his recent presentation. The event drew a full house, with attendees posing insightful questions. We appreciate Tony's generosity in donating a copy of the paper to the museum several years ago and for creating a detailed handout on its contents which are available at the museum. Mark your calendars for our next America 250 presentation on Thursday, June 18th at 7pm, when Paul Baum will present on King's Mountain - America's Guerilla Warriors.
