The act of painting becomes a form of meditation. Marino explains that the time and process of creating work are at the core of what the painting wants to mean, declaring: that is how they were made, they are what they are. Marino frames the art of creation simply by fixing what we have once destroyed. He actively uses his past and the concept of the passage of time with universality to heal his present and future.

Water is constant in the artist's visual investigation, for her water is no longer the stage in which the body's memory bursts, but rather the environment and protagonist, constant operator of the image, water reveals, unveils, performs. The landscape is recorded by direct contact with the paper and the sensitive emulsion, and in this case, organic matter and the vestige of living organisms inhabit it. That is, there is no representation, but rather its direct presence as part of the work. It is almost dramaturgy, a high-sounding discussion with the visual arts, the history of Landscaping is overturned.

The artist finds inspiration in the exploration of various discarded materials, transforming them into three-dimensional sculptures full of transparency and life. She uses small pieces of metal intervened with acids, color pigments and gold dust, creating beautiful landscapes where each element is essential in the final form of her works.

Quantum is a discreet amount of energy proportional in size to the frequency of the radiation it represents.

For our new exhibition, we curated a selection of paintings, photographs and sculptures by a group of exceptional artists, all of them represented by our gallery: Paola Dávila (México) - Lucas Gallego (Colombia) - Yunior Marino (Cuba) and José Ricardo Contreras (Colombia).
In each piece of art, the viewer will be able to identify the effect of nature and abstract emotions that are part of the creative process where the artist participates in the development of each of the pieces.

This work explores the sculptural capacities of the hands. Stripping them from their symbolism or the functions for which they are normally used, Nico Baixas explored them like someone examining a foreign body, searching for their limits and pushing them in different directions. To do this, he used opposed sculptural concepts like straight-curved, and simple-complex; searched for the interconnection between fingers, and the balance between distances, and tried to generate geometric shapes and textures. At times, the artist would find shapes that were like doors opening onto a myriad of new possibilities. Throughout the process, he discovered a world of fingers that transformed reality, taking it to another level.

The artist explores the intersection between submission and domination with this set of photographs.
The harsh lights and shadows in the warm Florida weather led Ricky Rocket to explore photography. The sharp and refined effect of these types of lighting conditions became a necessity to avoid studio environments. Self-taught, while photographing ballet dancers in the city of Miami he began to devote more time to the male form. Working with them outside of their safe space (rehearsal studio) and taking them outside, on sand or water, creating a dynamic that kept giving birth to new compositions. Inspired by the mythology of tarot culture and astrology, he has incorporated some of these elements throughout his work.
