Artists do not reinvent themselves to follow trends.

They do it to stay truthful to their questions. Reinvention is not rupture. It is continuity in motion. A response to experience, context, and growth.

We asked artists from our community why evolution is essential to their practice. Their answers remind us that change is not instability. It is depth.

Up close, Juan Leal Ruiz’s work feels suspended between stillness and motion. A surface. A direction. A quiet insistence of something moving forward.

Step back, and the image reveals its structure. The road. The repetition. The subtle tension between distance and pursuit.

In Real Images, what appears documentary becomes metaphor. Not only of travel, but of transformation. Of identity constantly in motion.

To understand how this series connects to the artist’s broader trajectory and lifelong reinvention, we invite you to read our full feature on Juan Leal Ruiz on the blog.

A house carries memory, labor, and identity, built layer by layer.

In Brick by Brick, Mauricio Salcedo explores the idea of home as both a physical structure and a social construction shaped through experience, community, and time.

Working across sculpture, engraving, and printmaking, his practice reflects on how spaces are formed, how they evolve, and how meaning is assigned to the places we inhabit.

From early engravings of self-built neighborhoods to sculptural explorations of architectural form, his work reveals the house as something constantly constructed, transformed, and reimagined.

Art Experience Bogotá is shaped by the people who take part in it.

Last year, collectors, curators, artists, and cultural professionals joined us in Bogotá to explore the city’s art scene from within. Each brought a different perspective, a different background, and a shared curiosity for contemporary art.

These are some of the voices that made last year’s journey so memorable.

This May, we open the doors once again.

During the past week, Eduardo visited ICA Miami and its current exhibition, From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce & Gabbana.

The show offers a journey through art history applied to fashion, integrating references to the Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Byzantine traditions, and even elements from Classical Greece.

Designed as a fully sensorial experience, the exhibition presents more than 300 Dolce & Gabbana designs accompanied by artworks and reinterpretations of some of the most influential visual traditions in art history.

If you’re in Miami, this is definitely an exhibition worth visiting.

Within Transformaciones de una ciudad por habitar, presented as an independent exhibition of BOG25, shares a brief walkthrough of the show -guiding us toward his work inside the space.

Curated by in collaboration with at , the exhibition brought together 51 artists reflecting on migration, public space, and shared urban memory in Bogotá.

The video opens with a glimpse of the collective atmosphere.

But gradually, the focus shifts.

The camera settles on Dulce Hogar-Camilo's contribution-continuing his exploration of geometry and emotional architecture.

More than documentation, this is positioning.

An artist locating his work within a broader context, while remaining rooted in his own language.

At The Art Dome, we support artists who understand exhibition spaces not only as platforms-but as conversations.

🎉 Big birthday love to the profound artist .acosta.parsons

Daniela’s work opens a passage into the interior. Through gesture, texture, and a deeply personal sense of transformation, her practice moves between vulnerability and renewal, revealing the emotional landscapes that shape the human experience.

In her pieces, grief becomes a quiet force, memory becomes architecture, and introspection becomes a form of resistance. Each work invites us to pause, to listen, and to recognize the subtle territories we carry within.

At The Art Dome, we are proud to celebrate an artist who:
→ Creates from honesty and emotional depth
→ Turns transformation into a visual language
→ Expands the intimate into something universal

✨ Send your birthday wishes and help us honor Daniela’s journey of sensitivity, courage, and creative evolution.

Recognized with an Honorable Mention at the 17th Asian Biennale, Bipasha’s artistic language embodies presence, emotion, and transcendence, resonating deeply with The Art Dome’s vision of art as architecture for meaning.

🎉 Big birthday love to the profound artist Didier Bedoya!

Between migration and smuggling routes, Didier Bedoya maps the unseen geographies that shape identity and movement. His practice transforms traces of trade and displacement into reflections on belonging, territory, and memory — always balancing research with poetic resonance.

At The Art Dome, we’re proud to celebrate an artist who:
→ Turns cartography into a language of emotion
→ Bridges art, history, and social inquiry
→ Expands the idea of borders — beyond geography, into experience

In his own words: “Perhaps in tune with this idea of the eternal return, I think I would live my life exactly as it has been so far.”

✨ Drop your birthday wishes below and celebrate Didier’s journey of meaning, memory, and motion.
