“There were moments I questioned whether I should share it at all. I battled with my own thoughts, my own history, my own grief, and the weight of putting something this personal into the world. Some work does not ask to be explained quickly. Some work has to be lived with before it can be released.

For a long time, I built this quietly. Through loss. Through silence. Through the lack of support and protection I thought would be there. Through the years where I had to become my own foundation and still find enough love in me to keep creating.

Not as decoration. Not as performance. Not as something made to be easily consumed. This is the record of a vision I carried when almost no one could see it.” -

Bruno Lattes .xyz , is a São Paulo-based visual artist and art director whose practice sits at the frontier of contemporary image-making. Merging AI as a studio collaborator with a pop-surrealist vision all built on vivid colour, layered symmetry, and compositions. They all feel simultaneously engineered and alive, his works are the future.

Mr. Callaby , is a Bristol-based painter and ceramicist whose chubby, anthropomorphic figures have been building quietly for years. First in borrowed studio corners inside advertising agencies, then full-time. Six layers of acrylic go into every canvas with the depth of colour earned.

His work has moved through solo exhibitions including Sad Flowers and Cheers, with sold-out vinyl Boozy Bottles and private collections that span generations of collectors.

His print enters Editions: Drop 01 as part of Loud Palette, la Galerie™'s Objects catalogue — a closed edition, released in a fixed quantity, documented through our authentication process, and positioned as part of a growing archive of contemporary cultural production.

This is not a print of a cartoon.
It is a numbered artifact released in a quantity that will not be revisited.

Amanda Howell Whitehurst , is a self-taught illustrator and painter based in Jacksonville, Florida. Her portraits place American Black womanhood at the centre, not in performance, not dressed for approval, but settled in the quiet certainty of someone who has done the work behind closed doors and knows exactly what it is worth.

Her work enters Editions: Drop 01 as part of Loud Palette, la Galerie™'s Objects catalogue — a closed edition, released in a fixed quantity, documented through our authentication process, and positioned as part of a growing archive of contemporary cultural production.

This is not a limited run poster.

This is a numbered artifact by Amanda Howell Whitehurst — shortlisted for the World Illustration Awards in 2025, and collected internationally by people who knew before the room did.

$toopid Juice , is a Florida-based mixed media artist of Jamaican heritage whose canvases operate like the walls of a city that remembers everything. Layered with graffiti, acrylic, collage, and hand-written fragments that ask to be read as much as seen. His work lives at the intersection of Black American culture, diaspora identity, and the unfiltered visual language of the streets. The alias itself is a statement: depth disguised as something you might overlook.

His work is now part of Editions: Drop 01, presented under Loud Palette, la Galerie™ as a limited fine art print — produced in a fixed quantity, authenticated, and released as a cultural artifact within our Objects catalogue.

Phil Huelz .huelz , a Cologne-based illustrator and artist whose work moves between prints, canvases, and objects — building symbolic worlds where love, friendship, and loneliness surface not through statement, but through environment. The playfulness is intentional, making difficult things easier to approach without making them lighter.

His work is now part of Editions: Drop 01, presented under Loud Palette, la Galerie™ as a limited fine art print — produced in a fixed quantity, authenticated, and released as a cultural artifact within our Objects catalogue.

Amanda Wangersheim@amandaaleighh, is a London-based Brand Strategist and Creative Director working at the intersection of fashion, culture, and meaning. From Nike's global apparel rebrand and Move to Zero sustainability initiative to Acne, Burberry, her practice builds brand worlds that people do not simply see — they feel. She is currently completing her MA in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins, where her research explores how internal organisational culture shapes the way brands are ultimately perceived and experienced.

In ISSUE 009: The Women's Issue — IN HER NAME WE TRUST, Amanda reflects on what it means to do work that is felt but rarely seen. On instinct as strategy. On the discipline of restraint in a cultural moment that rewards volume, immediacy, and constant output. The most powerful creative decisions, she argues, are often the ones that hold back — that refuse to speak until something has the weight and clarity to truly matter.

This issue also marks a personal milestone for The Black Editorial — Amanda's feature is the first original photography we commissioned and produced for print, made inside her London flat and garden over an afternoon spent entirely in her space, her light, and her world. What you see is a life. And that, in Amanda's practice as in ours, is always the point.
