I’m a retired professor designing clay creations in the heartland of the great United States. I have a passion for teaching. More importantly, I have a passion for Christ. I combine all three in my post-retirement job – Clay Art Designs. I design unique pottery that is both functional and colorful. I also provide pottery lessons for those who are interested in doing the same. Through it all, I live life as joyously as possible and try to share the good news of the One who created me and blessed me with my artistic abilities.

It's NOT fall y'all, it's LOCAL SUMMER. All summer long, we hear the same thing: “We love Creative Market, but summer is just too crazy.” So, we decided to try out being open on Saturdays this year!

Welcome to LOCALS SUMMER. September might mean the end of summer vacation, but around here? It means a little more room to breathe, easier parking, cooler evenings, and West Side Creative Market every Saturday.

Come grab a drink, listen to live music, eat something delicious, shop local artists, bring your friends, and actually hang out for a while.
