Employee Spotlight: Brittany Branham – Warehouse / VC
If you’ve ever heard laughter echo through the Warehouse or VC and thought, “well, something’s about to be fun,” odds are Brittany Branham has entered the chat.
Brittany joined our family in April of 2024, and it didn’t take long for her to make herself right at home. Quick to learn and flexible as they come, she’s the kind of person who can step into just about any role and figure it out before most of us have even found the right clipboard. Brit hails from way out the holler, which means she brings a certain kind of wisdom with her. The kind that knows exactly what it means when someone says they’ve got a dog that bites and why we don’t whistle in the woods at night.
These days, Brittany splits her time between the Warehouse and the VC, but her Blenko journey has already covered some ground. She spent time jumping in to help with Customer Service before Cathie and Beth joined full-time, proving early on that she’s always willing to go where she’s needed most. Now, she’s packing boxes, pulling orders, assisting customers, and helping make sure our event games are a blast for everyone (alongside Jotham, of course).
What really sets Brittany apart, though, is her way with people. Whether she’s working with customers or coworkers, she strikes that perfect balance of respectful and playful. She’s warm, honest, and the kind of person who makes everyone feel comfortable just being themselves. She brings a steady kindness to everything she does, with just enough sass to keep things interesting.
