Glass for Good: West Virginia Rivers Suncatcher

This year, our West Virginia Day theme celebrates one of the Mountain State's most valuable resources: Water.

To honor that theme, we're proud to partner with West Virginia Rivers Coalition through our Glass for Good initiative.

Inspired by the rivers, streams, and creeks that shape our state, the West Virginia Rivers Suncatcher is a reminder that the beauty of our waterways and the quality of our drinking water are deeply connected.

West Virginia Rivers works to protect and restore the waters that sustain our communities, support recreation, and make our state such a special place to call home. Through advocacy, education, and conservation efforts, they help ensure that future generations can enjoy clean, healthy rivers and streams. A portion of proceeds from every West Virginia Rivers Suncatcher sold will support their important work.

Water is worth protecting.

Employee Spotlight: Courtney Lowery – Hot Shop Apprentice

Courtney Lowery doesn’t just bring the heat, she shows up with a full-blown spark and dares the room to keep up.

Courtney joined us in October of last year, already carrying some serious skill with her as a talented flamework artist. From crafting jewelry to bringing creative ideas to life in the flame, she didn’t come in as a beginner, she came in ready to grow. And that’s exactly what she’s been doing ever since.

If you’ve spent even five minutes around Courtney, you already know. Big personality, bigger heart, and a sense of humor that keeps the day moving a little lighter. She has a way of making people feel like they belong, like they’ve been part of the family all along.

What really stands out is her drive. Courtney travels a good distance just to keep learning, sharpening her skills, and pushing herself further into a craft she already loves. That kind of commitment says everything.

We’re incredibly lucky to have someone as passionate, as dedicated, and as proudly loud about glass as Courtney.
