Bela Suresh Roongta Studio Bela Suresh Roongta is an artist, writer, and owner of a boutique studio specializing in fine art, a Her art is her East meets West.

With graphite, ink, paint and collage, Bela, drawing free hand, borrows from the ancient East Indian practice of henna, the art of her ancestors, to bring her own drawings to life. As the Pfister Hotel’s 2019-20 Writer (Narrator)-in-Residence and 2016 recipient of the Governor’s Special Recognition Trailblazer Award for Women in Business, Bela has been recognized for innovation and success in busi

ness and storytelling. Bela makes art, writes stories and curates experiences that explore identity, dance with memories and tradition, captures the complexity and beauty of the human spirit and tells of the times we live in.
