WAR & PEACE
- In reaction to the first gulf war. One of the largest group shows we ever did. Probably the most passionate group show as well.

The old underground ICEBOX gallery space at 2401 Central Avenue was full of art. In fact each artist had a 3 foot wide space from floor to ceiling. The gallery was literally full of art.

We could only allow 50 people at a time to view the show for 20 minutes and than a new group entered for 20 minutes. This when on all night. At the opening we had a line that when way down the block causing the police to take notice.

We had additional events that included poetry and spoken word.

This is one of my proud moments in curating.
