There is something about August in Mobile (maybe it’s the heat) that makes me do crazy stuff… like opening real estate offices & art galleries! 😀💕

We are celebrating the 10 anniversary of Port City Realty Downtown (now EXP Realty LLC Port City Downtown).

It is definitely a real estate office like no other real estate office 😀 with a broker like no other broker, Ivey Welch 🥰.

Ivey & I had no idea when we opened in 2014 how organically awesome this place would become. Not only do we have a fabulous broker who attracts fabulous agents, but we threw in art, artists, music & fun!

We love our new location at 1114 Dauphin Street. It just keeps getting better & better.
