Barefoot Crafts is the creative effort of Sara Marston, she was born with a passion for all animals, especially horses and who has earned associates degrees in fine art and building construction. As a child, Sara developed her love of working with pine and other wood at her father's elbow. On any given weekend she could be found anywhere from helping put shingles on a roof to digging a hole. Sara'

s mother encouraged her interest in hand crafts- embroidery, needlepoint, crochet, knitting, sewing and a less than enthusiastic interest in cooking. Barefoot Crafts has been Sara's creative outlet for many years. During a move in 2013 Andrea, Sara's very artistically talented daughter, entrusted her sketch books to Sara for safe keeping. Sara being nosy looked thru a sketch book and "stole" a couple of Andee's/Andrea's designs which she then turned into the start of the wooden horse line that Barefoot Crafts is now known for. From time to time you will see other interesting items that have caught Sara's fancy and just HAD to create one or several.

Well FB/Meta lied. They said that if I didn’t post in here for however long then this page would be taken down.
Now that I see that it hasn’t been I am trying to decide if I should add more of my crafts??
The biggest issue is going to be shipping. If I raise my prices to include shipping then prices will significantly rise. If I only do a partial price increase that may keep prices lower but I would then need to include some kind of shipping. Or do I just leave my prices and then let the buyer know the shipping?

So much has changed about this page I have no idea where my stuff is. In case anybody can actually read this, I can no longer make the wooden animals.
