Painter's Palette The Painter’s Palette’s motto is “an individual approach to art”. It remained at that location until 1993 when the studio was moved to Justice Street.

The Painter?s Palette was established when Melanie King opened the first studio on the square in Oxford, Mississippi in the summer of 1973. In the spring of 1974, the business was moved to Monroe, Louisiana, and the studio was located in the backyard of 3711 Caddo Street. During the 38 years of operation, many artists have been through the doors.

AVAILABLE YOUTH CLASSES - 1 place for the 4:15 until 5:15 or 4:15 until 6:15 Monday. I will have a waiting list to open classes on Tuesday or Wednesday. Call to add your name.

AVAILBLE ADULT CLASSES - Monday night 6:30 until 8:30 - 4 places Tuesday - I MAY open a 10:00 until 12:00. Inquire.
Tuesday - 1:00 until 3:00 Class is FILLED currently.
Wednesday - I MAY open a 10:00 until 12:00. Inquire.
Wednesday - 1:00 UNTIL 3:00 is FILLED currently

Youth students who did not register for regular classes, can still start their 12 hours of class before the end of July! Call us for more information and registration questions.

Summer Classes are almost over!

For those who are not taking regular classes, Adult and Older Youth who have always wanted to paint, draw, etc. or need help with their paintings, call and schedule a 2 hour appointment Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays from 10am-3pm.

Classes will end July 30th until Fall classes begin!
