MARCH was formed over 30 years ago to educate the public in regard to local history and to stimulate an appreciation for our unique local history. Our membership includes over 200 people on all three sides of the Delaware River in NJ. A core of 25 volunteers, from age 30 to age 84, can be found doing varied jobs at any given time. The Foster Armstrong house is closed for the season. In case you missed us this year, here’s a sample of our decorated rooms. We will reopen for the 2026 season on April 18th and will be open the third and fourth Saturday from April through August, from 1-4 pm. Our mailing address is MARCH, PO Box 1101, Montague, NJ 07827 if you want to mail in a donation or your 2026 membership. Remember, it’s your donations and memberships that help pay our utilities, insurance costs and paint supplies. Hope to see you in the New Year!

Unfortunately the Foster Armstrong House in Montague will be closed today due to snow. Please come visit next Saturday 12/20 from 1-4. The Skyland Dulcimer Band will be playing from 1-3 for our final opening this year.
