Sharing Ministries Food Bank invites you to our Annual Hunger Awareness Tea Party on November 7th from 2pm-4pm at the Pavilion. Vendor booths will open at 1pm and again at 4pm. Enjoy the high-tea buffet, games, prizes, shopping, and make memories at the photo booths. Guests may come as you are, dress as your favorite Harry Potter character, or wear your favorite fascinator. Tickets are $50 in advance or $60 at the door. All proceeds support Sharing Ministries Food Bank. A splash of pink from the 1930s!

Did you know that back in the 1930s, companies like Quaker Oats packed gorgeous, delicate glassware directly inside oatmeal boxes? It was a brilliant marketing tactic designed to lift spirits and bring a little bit of color into American homes during the hardships of the Great Depression.
We are thrilled to showcase this stunning set in our gift shop at the Museum of the Mountain West. This highly collectible, authentic set of the Pink "Mayfair" (Open Rose) pattern by Anchor Hocking was manufactured between 1931 and 1937.

This beautiful haul serves as a poignant reminder of how families on the Western frontier sought beauty, hope, and a sense of home during dark economic times.
