Calling all history buffs and local explorers! If you're out tracking down clues with The Sheep Detectives this week, make sure to schedule a pit stop at the Museum of the Mountain West right here in Montrose! We have an incredible, authentic Sheep Herder Wagon on display that lets you see exactly how early western ranchers lived and worked on the range. Beyond the wagon, you can explore an entire historic town setup, including preserved log cabins, an old-school classroom, and vintage stores. Drop a comment: Have you visited the museum yet? What is your favorite exhibit?
