A sneak peek of "George Pfeifer: A 60th Anniversary Retrospective." Museum members and their guests are invited to the member-exclusive preview from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday 22 May. All are welcome for the public opening reception from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday 24 May, which includes a gallery talk by George at 2 p.m.

THROWBACK THURSDAY: 36 years ago (next month!), Billy X. Curmano presented his "Impervious Flag" at the 31st Midwestern Exhibition at Rourke Gallery—as featured in this clipping from the Grand Forks Herald. We welcome Billy X. back to Moorhead this weekend for a two-day Historic Happening on the afternoons of Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May.
