We would like to thank you all so much for taking the time to visit our small community event, for mingling with our neighbors, and for listening to our story. Also a huge special thankyou to those who put in all the work and helped make it all happen. It wouldnt be possible without all of you. Big Bend, LA holds a rich and meaningful history that we’re proud to preserve and share. Our goal is to continue enriching our community while honoring the past and building something lasting for the future. It truly meant a lot to have so many who attended and took part in our humble Spring Market and garage sale. We look forward to doing it bigger and better next year!!!

Starting next week, the Monroe Fabre Bridge over Bayou Des Glaises will be closed to all traffic while crews work to replace the aging timber bridge.
