Penelyn VanOrange has Co-Owned the Appalachian Gallery in Morgantown, WV since 2004. She has a BFA degree from Rockford University and has worked for many years in Theatre, Costume, Set and Puppet design & construction. In addition to three dimensional work, she also fabricates wearable art, quilts, folk toys, stained glass and jewelry.
