Patricia Newton paints seascapes in oil. A career slowed her love of art down a bit, however, retirement allowed Patricia to follow her passions and give back to the community by sharing her experience with other artists. She typically adds several thin layers of paint, "glazing" with transparent color for a translucent effect. Subjects include landscapes and portraiture. See more of Patricia’s oil paintings at Gallery at Marina Square. pn
