Is anyone interested in chair yoga? I've gotten a few inquiries and would love to know if you'd like Deanna to add a class.

Let her know your preferences for a nine am class? Or some other workable time.

This would be an ideal way for those of us who are a bit creaky to enjoy renewing our stren, flexibility and peace.
