Join us on Monday, April 27th, at 7:00 PM at the Episcopal Church of the Ascension in Mt. Sterling. This month's speaker is Dan Manley. He will be speaking about Walter Johnson, a former Mt. Sterling High School and U of KY basketball player and WWII veteran who served aboard the USS Indianapolis.

On this day in 1793, Ralph Morgan's Station was attacked by a band of Shawnee & Cherokee. Of the 32 settlers at the station, 14 died either at the station or on the trail.
