Tomorrow is Ilsa's second birthday, we've gotten a lot of good work done on the building, and we have a lot more to do. Soon we should have things in a state where we are ready to invite everyone to come have a look. If you haven't heard, we're having a penny drive, collecting pennies which we will probably use to tile the entryway of our business. I'd also be interested in collecting foreign coins to possibly help make the logo distinct from the pennies (maybe I should have run that by Katrina first!). Thanks to everyone for the help, thoughts and prayers concerning our project. Our intention is to carve out another safe and friendly spot in the revitalizing Mount Vernon Downtown, one that fits in well with the other reclaimed land Downtown. Hey, Like Us so we can get more options on Facebook; I've mostly neglected this page, but as we get more going on, I'm hoping to get our online presence straightened out. Let's give people more reasons to visit Mount Vernon.
