MMoA Summer Camps 2026 registration is open.

This summer, young artists ages 3.5 through 15 can spend the season creating, exploring, and getting inspired through 10 weeks of art-filled programming from June 22 through August 28.

Campers will explore drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, sketchbooks, gallery inspiration, collaborative projects, outdoor activities, games, and plenty of take-home art.

Half-day and full-day options are available, with Junior Studio Camps and Specialty Camps offered by age group throughout the summer.

Registration is available online at MysticMuseumofArt.org, by phone at 860.536.7601 x211, or by mail.

Spots may be limited, so families are encouraged to register early.

Final days to see Coast to Coast: Views of America by Mystic Artists at MMoA.

On view through May 31, this exhibition follows Mystic artists beyond the shoreline, with views of America captured from Connecticut to California.

Admission to the current exhibitions is free, and MMoA is open daily from 11 AM to 5 PM, making this an easy stop before the galleries shift into their next chapter this June.

Stop in before it closes.

A little sea shanty for the next generation of artists.

The Young Artists Showcase is currently on view at Mystic Museum of Art, featuring imaginative work by local student artists, including these nautical mixed media pieces full of whales, ships, texture, and storytelling.

The showcase is free to visit and on view through May 31.

The museum is open 7 days a week, so stop in before the end of the month to see the current exhibitions before the galleries close in June for the next installation.

Join us at MMoA tomorrow (May 5) as special guest and accredited appraiser Ann Marenakos leads us on a spirited discussion about the art of art appraisals: how to go about finding the right appraiser for you, what to look for, what to look OUT for, and what to expect.

💫Ann Marenakos is the founder of Adelaide Fine Art, a nationally recognized art appraisal practice serving private collectors, corporations, institutions, and insurance professionals. A former principal in a prominent American fine art gallery, she brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of art markets — including retail galleries, auctions, private sales, and other secondary markets.

Ann holds a B.A. in Art History from Lewis & Clark College and is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) Appraisal Studies Program. She is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Fine Art and Antiques specialist, and maintains current compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).
