Charlotte is a native of California-self taught local watercolor media artist and a member of the Napa Valley Art Association and Mendocino Art Center. She has painted with Charlotte Severin and Birgit O'Connor at the Mendocino Art Center, Mendocino, CA. She has had many years of painting and drawing at Napa Valley College with instructor Maridee Hays and Connie Wright. She received drawing instru

ction many years ago from Frank Altamura when he taught at Napa Valley College. Paintings and drawings are in private collections. When not painting, Charlotte enjoys photography, gardening, cooking, grandchildren, traveling and spending time with her favorite Chihuahua Cessie. Due to the fire and loss of my ART and the studio, I will not be posting paintings until I start again. Emotionally, I have not had the desire to paint but as soon as we get through the insurance process I will rise again from the ashes. What better place to heal the mind and spirit but here at the Pacific Ocean and Mendocino Coast. Beauty is everywhere every day.
