The Brown County Craft Gallery has been a favorite place for visitors to discover professionally handcrafted works of art and gifts since 1978. All items in the gallery are created by artisans from Brown County and the surrounding area, some with 40+ years experience in their art. The gallery has a wide variety of weaving, knitting, pottery, jewelry, baskets, wall hangings, leather, metalwork, sta

ined glass, folk art dolls, original watercolors and prints of Brown County scenes, photography, gourd creations, woodworking, silk scarves, handmade soap and other crafts available year round. Member and guest artists are still admitted to the gallery through a juried process. Prospective members can contact the gallery for further information about joining the cooperative. After more than three decades, the focus remains to provide a marketplace to encourage growth in fine craftsmanship while offering works of original design and excellent quality.

‘Twas the night before Christmas, not a creature was stirring… except Santa Mouse! Wishing you all a peaceful and joyful holiday. May you be safe and warm with a tummy full of your favorite cheese (or other appropriate snack). Beauregard would like to pass on some info about the open house….

💰Each artist will handle their own sales. We happily accept cash (just remember big bills may be hard to have change for first thing in the morning), credit/debit cards (though our internet connection might be slow, so bear with us), and local checks. 💰

☃️Keep the weather in mind, we’re supposed to get more snow, but later in the day. We absolutely want everyone to be safe. ☃️

🚽 We don’t have a restroom, so go before you go. 😬 Yellowwood State Forest is just up the road from us and they do have public restrooms. Plus the lake is beautiful and is worth a look. 🛶

🐱Please drive down the driveway slowly- people, critters, vehicles may be coming and going. Just keep an eye out and be courteous. 🚙

❤️Have fun!! We’re located between Nashville and Bloomington and both are chock full of restaurants and fun things to do and visit. Make a day of it! Can’t wait to see you!! ❤️
