Blind Owl Underground is the creative endeavor spawned and birthed from one half of the two-headed silent adventurer, Eli the Urbex Elephant (Est. 2003). Blind Owl Underground was formed in early 2008 in order to facilitate and nurture the insidious idea that everything is wonderful and that all forms of art can be manifested in all different ways in order to numb the dull thumping of the daily mo

notonous grind. They make music, take pictures, write, and build stuff to combat banality. Traveling alone or in pairs while sneaking about, BOU will stop at nothing to uncover glory. They lurk in the shadows and unravel themselves while laughing whole heartedly. Blind-sided by curiosity, they read fictitious books and nurse hidden agendas. They perpetuate truth and knowledge inside the masses and illuminate the dark spots in the peripheral vision of society. They free the world while doing calculations in their minds. With tender, quiet voices they gesture each other onward. Camping for peace, love, coffee and pizza while simultaneously growing their own vegetables, BOU never backs down in the face of danger or anxiety. For those of you who haven't already guessed, my artistic endeavors have shifted. I have been working on music, which is what I've always wanted to do but never had the resources for. My new project is titled "thatwarmblxxd" and there is material available on most platforms but I've waited until just recently to start sharing information on it. I sent out a couple invites, but if you are interested here is a link to the Facebook profile I've been playing with. It's hardly finished but it's got links to sites where you can check out some stuff. I'm still producing photography and other art but that has primarily been for my other projects over the last couple years which only a select few people have been privy to. I do have one project I'm working on for Blind Owl Underground but that isn't what this post is about.
