Iron Creek Studio Iron Creek Studio is the place to go for creative inspiration, one of a kind gifts and a variety of art classes. Basket weaving classes on Monday evenings.

Iron Creek Studio is a small art studio located in the township of Saratoga Wisconsin. We offer classes in basket weaving, handmade pottery, and other arts and crafts on request. Basket class is Tuesday evenings 6 till 8:30. Call for availability or stop in to see what we are working on. Handworking with clay class is Thursday afternoons from 1 till 5 or later, by request. The Voices of Native American Art–Telling Our Story will be on display at the Oshkosh Public Museum from July 23–October 8, 2017. Karen Ann Hoffman, a citizen of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and member of the Wisconsin Arts Board, is providing her curatorial expertise in the selection of the artwork included. The exhibition will present a broad variety of artwork from living Native artists who are members and descendants of different Native American Nations, many with deep connections to the Lake Winnebago watershed. http://www.oshkoshmuseum.org/oshkoshPublicMuseum/exhibitionsPrograms/voicesNativeAmericanArt

"Gold on the Rocks" woodburning is 7x10" on basswood. This was my first time burning rocks, water droplets or a leaf and it was an enjoyable experiment. I used the Walnut Hollow Creative Versa-Tool woodburner and the shading point. Colored pencil was added after the burn.
