The City of Boonville will be celebrating America's 250th on July 3rd at Kemper Park with a Fireworks Show to kick off the Holiday weekend. If you are interested in helping donate to make it an even bigger show, please reach out to the visitor center at 660-882-3967.

Sharing this video to keep you informed about the 127 Caboose located on the Katy Trail in New Franklin!
Shane Garrett is going to repaint, Show Me Mobile Blasting will remove old paint, and Sherwin Williams will supply the correct red paint! This would not be possible without this Team getting together to finalize plans. Thanks to Mike Offineer for being diligent to fine the right people!!!!!

Join the Boonslick Historical Society for a tour of the Historic Hickman House, 10 Research Center Road, New Franklin, Sunday, April 19th, at 2:00pm.

The tour guide is Ray Glendening, former superintendent of the Horticulture and Agroforestry Research Center.

Free and open to the public.

Years ago we had a trailer with the old water wheel from Salt Lick. We think it was stored in someone's barn/shed and has been forgotten about? If you know anything about this, please let us know. It is a large part of our history here in South Howard County!
