Join Gazmir Zeneli, one of the three Zeneli brothers, as he shares the remarkable journey behind one of New Haven’s most beloved pizzerias at NHM! From growing up in Albania to learning the art of pizza-making in Italy as teenagers, Gazmir and his brothers spent more than 30 years mastering their craft, working alongside experienced pizzaioli and learning the traditions of authentic Neapolitan pizza from the ground up. Today, Zeneli Pizzeria is recognized as one of America’s premier pizzerias.

Hosted by Gorman Bechard and Dean Falcone, co-curators of the NHM exhibit "Pronounced Ah-Beetz", this conversation explores the history, traditions, and passion that brought the Zeneli family to New Haven and helped build one of the country’s most acclaimed pizzerias.
