Dave McGuire and I replaced the CIB in the VAX11-780. I am happy report that is it
now booting NetBSD 1.6.1.
Many thanks to Terri Kennedy for all work that she did to insure the microcode and
installed boards were correctly configured.
Thanks to Richard Cornish for his help on figuring out how to run the microcode
test software.
Thanks to Matt Patoray for wiring the power to it.
Way to go team.
There are a few more steps to be completed before it will be ready for display.

Day 2 of the 10 year anniversary fundraiser kicks off today at 10 am. We have quite a lineup of demos and presentations for anyone joining us today. Tickets are still available for today and can be purchased at the door. We will be running machines and showing off plenty of blinking lights today, including this really neat Westinghouse sign replica made by a local donor that is definitely an impressive thing to see. The 2nd floor is also open for interactive discovery from 10-8pm. Raffle basket drawing winners will be draw at 7pm tonight. Hope to see you there!

Welcome to LSSM! We are having a blast here for the 10 year anniversary fundraiser. Tickets still available for today and tomorrow at the door and online. We would love to have you join us for the festivities. We are going until 8pm tonight and from 10am to 8pm on Saturday.

Whew! A donation pickup complete. We took the weekend to run down to North Carolina and pick up a truck load full of IBM mainframe hardware, tapes, documentation, printers, terminals, and sundries.
We are especially excited about the cables, connectors, adapters, all of the things you need to make a system work.
Thanks to our friends and volunteers who helps with the load and unload when we arrived back in New Kensington. We couldn't have done this without your help!

A lot of good work was done today at the museum. A high point was when volunteer Owen got the Tektronix 4014-1 working. He has a great habit of putting the LSSM script across terminals when he gets them running.
