Fresh Friday - January 2013

There will be no Fresh Friday in January. However, we will incorporate Fresh Friday into Second Saturday, on Saturday, January 12th. Start the new year Fresh. However, we are not saying out with the old, in with the new. "Everything Old is New Again." REfresh, REnew, REpurpose. One person's trash is another person's treasure. Come to Spun Crossroads at the New Orleans Healing Center where you will find clothing, jewelry, crafts and art. Get more for less when you help support local artists, craftspeople and vendors whom have given a second chance to a first purchase.

This weekend is Lady Fest at the New Orleans Healing Center. Music, art, dance spoken word and much more. Tonight is also Second Saturday; which is the St. Claude Art Walk. Spun Crossroads will be a part of both events. Stop by and support all of the activities. We will be at the Healing Center from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Tomorrow is Fresh Friday. The Fresh Friday elves are hard at work: high-heel cupcakes are being decorated, drinks are being concocted. In addition to the cooking demonstration, Fatoush will also be serving samples from their new juice bar. You don't want to miss it!
