A focus on pencil drawing techniques to include proportion; concentration will be on facial features including eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hair, etc. culminating with a full face drawing incorporating these features to create a portrait. This is a free-hand drawing course with no tracing, students will be given homework to complete. No prior experience needed but a strong desire to improve your drawing skills. These skills will carry over into every type of medium, water color, oils, acrylics, pastels, charcoal, conte crayon, pen & ink, etc. WPAG Members-$60.00 for 2 sessions- 3 classes per session; Guests $90 for 2 sessions-3 classes per session. One-time fee of $10.00 for supplies & copies provided by Instructor . Students provide their own sketch pad (acid free), set of pencils (HB-2B-4B-6B-8B, etc), kneaded eraser. Last Show of the Season and its a beauty!!

We are all set for the reception! The Flowers Show from 2:30-430, Please come by and visit, maybe grab a snack. Awards will be given around 4.

Don't miss the final show reception of the season! 🌸 Our gallery is bursting with over 50 stunning floral masterpieces in various mediums, from acrylics to watercolors, ceramics, quilling, soft pastels and more. Join us this Sunday for a tour, refreshments, delightful ambiance, and a chance to chat with the artists. 🎨

Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 1 PM
Saturdays: 10 AM - 4 PM

Reception: Sunday, May 24th, 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Awards will be presented during the reception! 🏆

This class is designed to teach pen & ink techniques to include 8 different strokes, 1 stroke per class session with 1 drawing to be worked on in class and completed as homework by the participant. A transferrable outline of drawing will be provided and no prior experience is needed. A list of recommended supplies to be emailed to registered students. Please RSVP for each class you plan to attend. WPAG Members $10 per class, Guests $15 per class.
